Frequently asked questions

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 10–14 business days after dispatch. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves us.

Is it safe for kids?

Yes. The Princess Projector runs on a low-voltage USB-C cable with no open flame and no exposed heating element. As with any plug-in device, keep it away from very young children and away from water.

Does it need batteries?

No. It's powered by the included USB-C cable, so there are no batteries to replace and no bulbs to change.

Can I point it where I want?

It rotates a full 360° on its stand, so you can put the castle on a wall, across a ceiling, or anywhere in between.

How bright does the room need to be?

The darker the room, the stronger the projection. It looks best at night or with the curtains drawn, on a plain, light-coloured wall.

What scenes does it have?

Three, switchable at any time: Enchanted Castle, Starlit Ballroom and Rose Garden.

What if I don't love it?

You have 30 days from delivery to send it back for a full refund. Email us and we'll sort it out.
